Responsibilities:

Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial agreements, ensuring that the client’s strategy and objectives are maintained while minimising legal and regulatory risk;
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for both landlords and tenants;
Advising clients in relation to the acquisition, financing and disposal of properties;
Property development transactions;
Commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
The successful candidate should have an ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
