Profile

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor, with 1-year corporate experience, ideally gained in the corporate practice of a large law firm.

The role will be within the firm’s growing corporate team on a full-time basis in its Dublin office. The successful candidate will be a solution driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience. The firm has an excellent reputation as an employer with a strong sense of teamwork and fair play. Remuneration is competitive.

The role will include work in the following areas:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Corporate Restructuring Commercial Contracts
• Shareholder agreements
• Shareholder disputes
• Group reorganisation work
• Investment transactions

The successful candidate must be/have:

• A fully qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' experience working on corporate transactions in a medium or large firm
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload whilst meeting deadlines
• Ambitious, positive, team-orientated and a self-starter
• Team focussed with the willingness and ability to share knowledge and support colleagues
• Eager to work with ambitious and highly capable professionals and you are excited to become involved in developing the firm’s future
• Experience of working to deadlines and in a pressurised environment
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Ability to contribute to the continued development of the firm
• Excellent legal research, drafting and presentation skills
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
