CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR

Profile

Our client is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Property Department.

This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team within the firm operating within the field of property law and practice. The successful applicant should have not less than 4 years’ PQE and will be primarily involved with both vendors and purchasers of residential and commercial properties and landlord and tenant issues.

 

Candidates should have the following attributes:

  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage priorities to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Accustomed to working to high standards with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to be a team player;
  • Proficient computer skills.
