Conveyancing Solicitor

Profile:

Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their busy Conveyancing Team. This is a full time role based in Dublin 2. This role requires an experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a conveyancing solicitor.

Duties will include:
• Managing a portfolio of both commercial and residential conveyances;
• Title investigation;
• Dealing with all aspects of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers;
• Review and negotiation of commercial leases;
• Drafting of contracts for sale, leases, and all associated documentation;
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients and third parties;
• Investigation of title for commercial lending transactions;
• Acting for commercial clients on commercial property transactions including retail parks;
• Acting for commercial clients in drafting and negotiating commercial leases involving multi-unit buildings.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong residential and commercial conveyancing experience;
• An ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and multitask;
• An ability to work to the deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills and IT skills.
