Conveyancing Solicitor

Residential Conveyancing.
A comprehensive knowledge and good experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing and mortgaging including the drafting and negotiation of all transactional documents, title investigation, raising Requisitions on Title; responding to Requisitions on Title, Planning issues including compliance documentation, Certificates of Title, registrations in the Registry of Deeds and with the Property Registration Authority. Reporting to a partner.


Commercial Property/Landlord and Tenant Law.
Knowledge of conveyancing issues related to commercial leases and landlord and tenant law. Ability to draft and negotiate commercial leases. Appreciation of the commerciality of a commercial lease. Conduct of cases under the supervision of a partner.


Probate
Ability to take all steps in a probate transaction from initial instructions, identifying assets and liabilities, procuring a Grant of Probate and distribution of the estate on own initiative. Reporting to a partner.


General Litigation/Family Law.
An ability to take instructions, advise and process all procedural steps under the supervision of a partner.
