Profile

 - Experienced legal secretary (at least three years)

- Has worked in conveyancing and probate before (at least one year)
- Salary is depending on the level of experience (40k+)
- Must be well organised
- Have high level of attention to detail
- Team player as we are a small team and everybody needs to work together
- Main tasks
o Responsible for one or two solicitors
o Filing
o Dictation
o Billing
o Making appointments and managing the calendar
o Calling clients
o Providing reception cover from time to time (rarely and only in case of holidays/sickness over lapses)
