Conveyancing / Probate Solicitor

Candidates would ideally have a minimum of 2 years' post qualification conveyancing and/ or probate experience.
Salary: to be considered based on candidates experience.

Required skills:
• Experience in all aspects of conveyancing and probate.
• The ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach in file management.
• An interest in business development.
• Experience with a case management system.
• A strong work ethic.
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and experience of Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.


Role:
In office role but flexibility would be considered.
Full time

Conveyancing:
Managing files to completion including mix of residential and commercial transactions, re- mortgages, dealing with registered and unregistered land, complex registrations, residential and commercial leases, general conveyancing associated with Probate and Family Law matters.

Probate:
Managing probate files to completion, including mix of low to high value estates, overseas beneficiaries, and probate litigation.
