The role offers varied casework and knowledge of environmental and planning law, employment law, defamation, landlord and tenant, banking and insolvency litigation is required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established practice with a strong reputation.

Knowledge, skills and experience

3+ years’ post qualification experience in wide ranging commercial litigation.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines and show good commercial judgment.
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative while working as part of a team.
Personally driven with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to working hours.
Experience using a case management system.
Ability to prioritise work and at the same time be client focused.
Demonstrated experience handling a demanding caseload.

A high level of computer proficiency including all MS Office products.

Salary commensurate with experience.
