As we continue to expand our Banking & Finance team, we now have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor keen to progress their career in a strong corporate firm. Our team are focused on providing an excellent legal service to a wide range of national and international clients, including financial institutions, corporate borrowers, alternative lenders and other providers of equity investment and debt finance. Members of the team are also encouraged to actively participate in marketing and business development and ongoing knowledge and professional development is keenly supported.

The successful candidate will have:

0-3 years post qualification experience in a commercial firm, preferably a top-tier or mid-tier law firm, advising lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured banking and finance transactions including business and corporate banking, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance and project/development finance;
proficiency in drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of finance and security documents and dealing with all necessary perfection requirements;
knowledge of all relevant company law provisions and the legislative framework applicable to corporate lending in Ireland;
a high level of commercial awareness couple with a diligent and inquisitive approach; and
the ability to support colleagues from other related practice areas where there is overlap with banking and finance matters.
