Art Inventory Worker- Temporary (3 month role)- Full time hours

This role is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong MS Office skills to work in a unique and exciting role for one of Dublin's museums.

Job Duties:

- Ensure deliveries and collections are completed on time 

- Use Excel to accurately record deliveries on internal database

- Take pictures of incoming art for database

- Work seamlessly with different teams to ensure accurate cataloguing 

Essential criteria:

- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel

- Organised and focused person

- Interest in art or background in art desirable but not required 

- Previous use of QI database desirable but not required 

Need to know:

* this role is an active role on your feet in a busy warehouse environment. It will require travel between two locations approx. 15 mins drive apart (Dublin 8 to Mulhuddart) *
