Payroll & AP Admin (Part Time)

Job Description

PAYROLL & AP ADMINISTRATOR - DUBLIN 24

We require an experienced part time Payroll / Accounts Payable Administrator (3 or 5 days per week, on-site)to join our busy head office based in Dublin 24 to cover maternity leave.

* Pay rate: €21.00 per hour + holiday pay accrual / paid every week

** 3 or 5 days per week, on-site. (22.5 hours per week)


Responsibilities

  • Running of the weekly payroll for 200+ staff.
  • Dealing with all aspects of payroll including ROS returns
  • Dealing with starters and leavers
  • Carry out payroll weekly & month end reconciliations
  • Handling of payroll queries for all employees
  • Processing all AP invoices and reconciling with supplier statements
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc Reporting

 

Experience
2+ years’ work experience in payroll processing
Previous experience of using Sage Payroll.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Strong IT skills
High level of numerical accuracy.
Up to date knowledge of Irish payroll and legislation
Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality
