Office Manager - Parkwest, Dublin 12- Part time

€23,000 Salary - €38,300 FTE 

Office based, 3 days, 8.30am - 5pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an office manager to join our clients team. You will support the Account Manager in managing this office ensuring that the highest level of Facilities Management and safety are always maintained. Whilst some previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, a positive attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.

Job responsibilities:

Ordering and paying for a range of office supplies, raising POs and invoices
Requesting services for repairs
Setting up new employees on the system- setting up IT, sending welcome packs etc
Sending and distributing incoming post
Perform required health and safety checks in office
Use a range of IT systems eg. PeopleHR
Implementing and maintaining procedures and office systems
Greeting and welcoming any visitors to the office

Essential criteria:

Previous experience in office administration and leadership position
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work well independently and to own initiative
Able to work 3 days in an office
Previous experience with raising POs and invoices
