Job Specification
• Be the first point of contact to anyone who phones or attends the office.
• Answer the phone and arrange appointments.
• Print/Scan documents; deliver the post and arrange couriers.
• Manage diary appointments.
• Prepare briefs and file legal documents in the Central Office.
• Provide secretarial support to the Principal Solicitor of the firm.
• Liaise with Clients and third-party solicitors.
