FINANCIAL REPORTING ACCOUNTANT (SITE CONTROLLER) - DUBLIN 11

REED Recruitment has a fantastic vacancy with a very large and reputable Freight & Warehousing company based in Dublin 11. You will be the Site Controller for all Financial Reporting. Please see below for more details:

Duties in the role:

• Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of facility reporting at GP and Ebit level and generating clear understanding of product profitability in support of the finance business partners.
• Daily management of operational finance processes and monthly management of company control framework. In turn mitigating any quality audit (internal / external) on financial exposure.
• Accountable for month end and reporting of financial performance & risk.
• Partner with Key Stakeholders to ensure all revenue and costs are transacted in the finance system.
• Be responsible for month-end Ebit reporting, review and propose any adjustment needed to ensure arcuate job costing at book close.
• Sign off all site costs and ensure are aligned with the monthly/yearly budgets.
• Produce and analysis full customer and site level reporting including GP, EBIT, Material, Productivity & Volume
• Conduct and be responsible for internal audit processes, ensuring compliance to defined best practice and maintain our operational procedures
