CREDIT CONTROLLER – DUBLIN 9

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work with our Client based in Dublin 9.

* Pay rate: €18.74 - €19.72 per hour + holiday accrual

** The is a temp role: 4 – 8 weeks

An outline of the key parts of the role is as follows:

• Posting and allocation of all receipts to customer accounts
• Banking lodgements
• Resolution of all customer queries in a timely fashion, to include investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices
• Maintain excellent standards of customer service in dealing with customers & ensure all credit notes are raised in a timely manner
• Issue monthly statements to customers
• Liaise with sales reps, sales office staff and other personnel as appropriate internally to confirm details regarding customers and overdue payments
