REED are working with a construction company based in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. They are seeking an administrative assistant on a part time basis for a 6-month fixed term contract, this a new role for the business due to company growth!
€30,000 – €35,000 pro rata ie €17,500 per annum max.
6-month fixed term contract with the view of permanency
20 hours per week – 5 mornings a week are preferred
Office based, no remote working
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with Safety-T-Cert certification
- Data entry of basic transactions onto Sage50
- ETW administration
- Recruitment administration
- Assisting with international travel arrangements
- Answer phones and customer enquiries, passing on messages/calls
- Providing administrative support to the team
Skills & Attributes required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Worked in construction industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Sage50 a bonus but not necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
