Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Description


Reed Recruitment is searching for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client in Dublin 9 on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and well establish organisation. Please see below for more details.

Salary: €35,000

* 5 days a week in the office



  • Reviewing supplier invoices & issuing for authorisation
  • Daily processing of non-stock invoices to Finance System MSGP
  • Matching and receipting of stock invoices to Finance System MSGP
  • Liaising with the Logistics department in order to resolve stock invoice queries
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assisting in the resolution of supplier queries
  • Assisting in the preparation of supplier payments
  • Responding to Supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Setting up new Supplier accounts
  • Ad-hoc duties and reports as required

Key Requirements
Detail focused, with excellent administrative and organisational skills
Excellent IT skills – MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Previous experience within a Finance Function desirable
