Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Description


Reed Recruitment has a fantastic vacancy with a reputable Engineering Services business for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Client’s busy Accounts team. The role will be based on site in their offices in Glasnevin, Dublin 11.

Accounts Payable:

  • Scheduling all maintenance calls (reactive and planned), liaising with customers and field engineers.
  • Issuing POs to service engineers
  • Processing suppler invoices for maintenance calls
  • Calculating costs of service calls and raising customer invoices
  • Forwarding monthly customer statements
  • Credit Control: contacting customers for payment

General Accounts Admin:

  • Management of the on-site time management system (Kelio/Bodet) for service engineers and all direct site staff and sub-contractors
  • Uploading daily labour hours into Sage
  • Weekly reconciliation of payroll hours for site staff
  • Management of the company fleet of vans (approx. 20), organising servicing, tracking system, fuel cards, motor tax. Etc.
  • Assist other members of the finance team when required
  • Generation of ad-hoc reports and P&L schedules
  • Undertake specific project work on an ad-hoc basis
