My client, based in Hatfield, is looking to appoint a Training & Development Manager to join their successful team.
In this role you will be responsible for the design and delivery of training solutions for a specified business unit. This may involve adapting existing Regional Programmes or outsourcing these programmes to provide a full Learning & Development package.
A pivotal part of the role will involve raising the profile of your Business Unit across the UK and ROI and gaining "buy in" to the Training Programme across the board.
Do you have senior level experience of the design and delivery of training?
Can you demonstrate your ability to manage a project?
Do you have L&D experience internationally?
You may be from a 1st line sales management or marketing background?
