Reed HR are partnering with a leading construction services company based in the Bradford area, West Yorkshire, who are looking for a talented Senior HR Advisor on an Interim basis for twelve months.
In this role you will be working autonomously and will be responsible for circa 150 employees across two sites based in Bradford and Manchester. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week and you will be required to work form their Bradford site two days per week and their Manchester site two days per week and one day working from home. You will also need to visit their other sites as and when required.
Duties and Responsibilities include:-
Reporting into a HR Business Partner who is based in the South, you will be responsible for all HR related matters for the Bradford and Manchester sites.
Responsible for advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Responsible for dealing with employee relation issues including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management and sickness absence management.
Supporting the HR Business Partner with well-being initiatives, employee engagement and any other ad hoc HR projects.
Experience / Skills and requirements of the role:
Experienced HR generalist
CIPD Level 5 qualified or above ( desirable )
Used to working autonomously in a HR Generalist role
Have access to your own vehicle and are able to travel to the Bradford and Manchester sites every week
