An opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Sales Administrator to join a manufacturing company in Corby on an initial 1 year contract.

You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the field sales team and Sales office manager in the development of new business, and maintain existing customer accounts to ensure timely product delivery.

Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday
Salary: £17,500 - £19,500 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

What will the job involve?
- Main point of contact for all field sales customer service issues
- Completion of customer orders and processing through in house database
- Attendance at trade shows as directed by your manager, including set up, clear down and stand manning
- Generation of orders looking to up sell where possible
- Assist in the completion ofsales reporting requirements as directed by the sales office manager
- Provide a high level of customer service and look to make improvements wherever possible 
- Key liaison and support for Field sales staff and sales office manager for all correspondence with the Hong Kong office regarding pricing
- Manage product specifications to ensure timely delivery of orders placed

You will be a conscientious team player with a high level of self motivation with good communication and analytical skills. You will have a customer focused approach and have previous experience of dealing with customer queries.

Being fluent in German is a MUST.
