Regional Sales Representative

Position Overview: Responsible to ma4ke a minimum of 12 successful customer visits per day to a specific customer and prospect segment in order to elicit sales enquiries and orders and meet or exceed a weekly sales target.

Personal Obligations: To show a high level of competency and organisational skills working within a team environment providing a total quality service to internal and external customers. Ensuring that a professional representation of the company, its services and values with a positive can-do attitude are exhibited at all time.

Performance Objectives: Performance is monitored through Key Performance Indicators and individual review with your line manager every 6 months. KPIs will be reviewed regularly.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Making professional customer visits to existing customers and prospects with a view to raise brand and product awareness and generate enquiries and orders
• Make customers aware of the product range and cross sell at every opportunity
• Build relationships with prospects and customers in order to elicit enquiries
• Influence customers to purchase by offering specific RSR deals
• Liaise with HMB to generate quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Liaise with HMB to ensure relevant notes/call records in the NetSuite CRM system so that all actions can be referred to
• Gain a thorough understanding/knowledge of our product ranges in order to discuss intelligently with customers
• Contribute to Ireland sales team by meeting and exceeding results

Skills & Knowledge & Education Requirements

• Motivation and hunger to succeed is key to this role
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Proven experience in a field sales environment is preferable
• Experience of working with technical information is advantageous
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Ability to influence
• Strong attention to detail
• Clean driving licence
