As a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator you will:
• Work closely with the Recruitment team.
• Liaising with candidates over the phone to arrange interviews.
• Book interview rooms and visitor parking spaces for interviewees.
• Process all the admin related to DBS checks for candidates under offer of employment.
• Process all the admin related to pre-employment checks.
• Prepare and get involved with recruitment events and open days.
• Work along the L&D Administrator to ensure the appropriate induction for new starters.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Ensure that all recruitment efforts adhere to the brand and culture of the organisation.
• Other ad-hoc recruitment and admin duties.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
The successful candidates will have experience working within a busy administrative role, be highly organised, able to multitask and will have strong Microsoft office skills.
You must be available to start work immediately.
Due to the location you must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
