My client, a large international Law firm based near the Old Bailey, is looking to recruit a receptionist to join their growing team.

You will be working as part of a bubbly and friendly team and the main purpose of the role is to provide front of house services and provide additional support to the PA team.

They are ideally looking for someone who is friendly, professional and who is confident to be client facing.

I have attached a JD for the role below:

General Administration

• To take telephone calls, and pass on messages promptly and accurately to the relevant person.
• To open and distribute post daily
• Manage the diary to book meeting rooms
• To maintain an accurate paper and electronic filing system.
• To assist the PA team as overflow admin support to include filing, unpacking deliveries, monitoring stationery supplies and ordering, photocopying, scanning, printing documents.
• To set up meeting rooms, meet and greet guests and accompany them to the meeting rooms.

Person Specification

Skills & Personal Attributes
• Client focused
• Front of house experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels
• Team orientated
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills, highly organized and methodical
