Payroll Administrator / Payroll Advisor, Camberley, £27,000 + Benefits

This is a cracking role working for a successful and growing business in a fast paced industry sector.

Working in a 7 strong Payroll team, you will support the Manager and provide a full payroll service for your own portfolio of contracts. You will prepare and process monthly payroll for 1000+ staff, this will include processing new starters, leavers, tax forms and adjustments when required. This client runs an interesting and complex payroll that includes base salaries, bonuses and overtime. You will also get involved with the company benefit schemes, including pensions, childcare vouchers, cycle to work etc. You will also be happy using your comprehensive payroll knowledge to answer any queries that arise from the employees.

As a skilled Payroll professional you will have solid experience of preparing and processing payroll, and will be confident working to multiple terms and conditions. You will also need to have an up to date understanding of specialised payroll legislation. You will have excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word as well as knowledge of payroll software packages and the obvious attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy. This is a challenging role in a busy department and it’s likely that the successful candidate will have paid 500+ staff in a previous role – although all applications will be considered on merit!
