This is a busy and successful Financial Services firm with an outstanding reputation in the market; well established and growing consistently year on year. You’ll be part of a small and close-knit team, accustomed to providing exceptional standards of quality to high net worth clients right across the country.
The successful candidate will understand and appreciate the importance of building strong relationships, networking and will have exceptional drive and determination in securing the best outcomes for clients.
Day to day duties will include (but of course won’t be limited to):
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients as well as colleagues and providers
- Liaising with providers in relation to both new and existing business
- Providing outstanding support to high net worth clients
- Assisting with technical queries
- Writing investment recommendation based on a client fact find, in conjunction with advisor input and guidance
- Preparation of cash flow models
- Preparation of suitability, financial and annual reports
- Assisting with financial modelling projections
- Completion of files to ensure compliance standards are met
The successful applicant will ideally hold a Level 4 Diploma in financial advice (DipFA) or equivalent and have a good working knowledge of compliance and be up to date with new legislation. As well as having significant experience in a similar Paraplanning role, you will have wide product knowledge of the Financial Services market and will be passionate about exceeding expectations, you will be hungry to develop in your Financial Services career.
Strong knowledge of planning around income tax, CGT, IHT solutions and lifetime tax allowance issues, as well as estate planning would be a key advantage in your application for this role. Some knowledge of Intelligent Office would also be beneficial.
