Wanted: Office Manager/ PA with at least 3 years experience working at a Senior Administrative level.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a diverse, forward thinking organisation that provides communications & events organisation within the ever changing healthcare sector.

Salary: £25k - £27k

Location: Great Dunmow

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Diary Management & Travel support for the CEO.
• Managing the activities of the other members of the support team as well as allocating roles and responsibilities to support the business.
• Line manager to two part time administrative members of staff.
• Admin support for the Chairman when required.
• Liaising with the Business Support Manager on projects and planning for supporting the project teams & business.
• Managing communications to promote events via social media and industry partner’s networks.
• Implementing work processes and creating SOP’s to support this.

Skills & Experience:
• The ability to communicate clearly & concisely.
• Experienced in people management.
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• The ability to demonstrate a methodical & pragmatic organisational approach to work.
• The ability to project manage, prioritise effectively & meet deadlines.
