My client is an established successful UK Wealth Management company. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele.
The company are expanding due to high business levels and in turn are currently looking for several employed Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join their mortgage team based within the West Midlands region.
As an employed independent Mortgage and Protection Advisor you will be provided with a number of quality client leads each week from the firms large existing base of private wealth and medical professional clients. The company operate taking a heavily client service focused approach as evidenced within the numerous industry awards that they have won over many years.
Professional advice will be provided to clients both remotely (both video and phone based) and also on a face to face basis when suitable.
Within this role the successful candidates will benefit from full administration support.
Working hours within the role are; Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 17:00pm. No Saturday/weekend work is required.
As part of the initial structured training programme you will be based at the firms Birmingham, West Midlands office for the first 3 to 4 months within the role before being provided with the flexibility to also work from home/remotely.
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience of working as a successful mortgage and protection Advisor.
- High level of confidence with advising clients and presentational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- High quality of personal organisational skills.
- Drive and motivation to succeed.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills and knowledge continually.
- Competent IT skills.
You will receive a competitive first year basic salary of £27,000 which will rise to £30,000 as soon as you achieve Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and an uncapped monthly commission linked to your mortgage and protection sales performance. Plus a range of company benefits including a pension scheme, several flexible benefits, health insurance and 25 days annual leave each year in addition to the 8 days bank holiday per annum.
The commission structure is lucrative within this role and the client leads are of a high quality and consistency, providing a minimum first year OTE of £50,000.
