Our well-established Leicester based client are keen to appoint a self-motivated Office Administrator / web and Marketing Assistant to join their small business for a temporary to permanent position. Working on a full-time basis Monday to Friday 8 hours per day.
The key part of the role will be to create, edit, manage and maintain all content for their web site. This includes adding new products, updating pictures, descriptions and prices plus managing their social media accounts.
Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who is organised, able to multitask, have a good eye for detail and a have friendly telephone manner. With good computer skills and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign packages would be advantageous. Any experience of using Wix, Ecwid systems would be beneficial.
Plus creating, editing, sizing and optimising images for the website as well as for social media. Creating and sending newsletters, event emails and web promotions. The ideal applicant will have an ability to deal with incoming web enquiries received by phone, email and the website.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the various market sectors, plus an awareness of competitors by contributing to keeping up-to-date records, plus helping to plan marketing strategies, campaigns to convert any inquiries into enrolments. Any experience within an education/financial education sector would be advantageous for this position.
The successful applicant ideally will have experience in working within an office environment, with strong IT skills, a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel databases. Good attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to multi - task between various tasks which would be beneficial.
