My client, a well-established global company based in the heart of Walton Summit Bamber Bridge, are looking for a customer focused candidate, with a keen interest in offering quality service to their customer base, who is forward thinking and keen to learn.

Working within the support team, you will be fielding incoming calls from customers supporting them with technical queries, trouble shooting, logging on to their computer via remote access, resolving any technical issues they have or passing them on to the correct contact to ensure the problem is resolved.

We are looking for a customer service candidate who wants to make a career in this field. My client can offer opportunities for growth and progression for candidates who show their potential and interest whilst learning on the job.

You will need to have an upbeat can do attitude, be forward thinking and be keen to learn.

Every manager within this business started at entry level positions just like this so the opportunities are truly endless.

Hours for the role are Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

This role is initially a temporary position for 6 months but will go permanent for the right candidate.

Hourly rate £8.00p/h plus holiday
