Reed HR are partnered with an organisation in South East London, in order to recruit for a Change Lead on an 18-month contract. The company is looking for someone on a full-time basis to start as soon as possible. This role will be working from home initially, with the view to be in the office when required (once it is safe to do so).

 

The role and your responsibilities:
- Analyse the impact of changes and deliver appropriate actives. This includes impact assessments, readiness assessments, identification and analysis of risks and mitigation strategies and training and coaching plans
- Work closely with key stakeholders
- Advocate for the organisations change agenda
- Deliver the change management strategy
- Analyse the impact of planned change initiatives, identifying what changes in skills, organisation, processes, systems, and practices are required
- Deliver change management activities including training, coaching, resistance management and impact assessments
- Advise and coach managers
- Undertake regular reviews with managers undergoing change
- Work to raise awareness of change management methodologies and their advantages and uses

 

The Person:
To be successful in this role, you will have ideally worked within a fast paced and busy Change position before. Ideally, within the Education Sector or a similar setting.

 

You will need to have/be:
• CIPD qualifications or working towards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and professional HR issues
• A change management qualification
• A project management qualification (desired)
• A programme management qualification (desired)
• Experience devising and delivering change management activities within large transformation programmes
• Experience of delivering change management activities too a range of stakeholders
• Experience working within a defined change management framework
• Experience of management benefits realisation
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Knowledge of people experience change
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Experience operating in a matrix-based change programme environment at strategic and implementation level
• Experience with Unions
