Due to continued growth my client is looking for a HR Project officer to join on a 6 month FTC
The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding and experience in key HR process and practice. You will have a proven background in managing projects with a keen understanding of the project management and the successful candidate will have experience of major change programmes.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR , be proactive and organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, have a helpful and positive nature with a 'can-do’ attitude and will have a genuine enthusiasm.
- The PSO will be supporting with projects and may even lead on a small work stream so needs to have experienced within project work.
- HR Casework and TUPE projects
- Good attention to detail and understanding of HR data
- CIPD desired
The position is Full time Monday - Friday - Remote working.
