Reed HR are partnered with a School in North West London, in order to recruit for a HR Officer. This role is starting as soon as possible.
The role and your responsibilities:
- Advice managers and employees on a range of issues
- HR Administration
- Provide strong customer service
- Update the SIMS system daily
- Be the first point of contact
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Update the ORACLE system
- Ensure payroll is submitted on time
- Submitting and overseeing the DBS process
- Experience within Schools
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD qualified or willing to work towards a qualification
- Strong HR database experience
- Experience using SIMS
- Ability to work under pressure
To be suitable for this role you must have a valid DBS or be willing to obtain one.
