I am recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join a growing organisation based near Uckfield.
- Provide administrative support to the Group HR Team including employment contracts, variation of contract letters and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and in line with contractual and statutory requirements
- Develop knowledge to be able to provide advice to line managers and employees
- Manage the administration of the recruitment process ensuring that all rules are adhered to and relevant information is entered into the HR system in a timely manner
- Work closely with locations and departments to assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Assist the Group HR Manager with the management of poor performance
- Assist the Group HR Manager with disciplinary and grievance matters with a view to being able to manage those independently over time
