Our Central London client very well known in their field are seeking an HR Manager with experience in Professional Services to join their City based headquarters



What does the role entail?

As the HR Manager, you will act as the primary contact for all day to day HR issues and queries within your defined sector. You will provide advice and guidance on all HR matters, such as advising on legislative changes including policies, procedures and processes, as well as all aspects of ER. Reporting to the HR Director, you will also play an important client facing strategic and operational role in developing, planning for and delivering organisational and HR projects.

The Human Resources team works in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Resourcing teams, so you will have a collaborative approach to work and be able to foster strong relationships in order to get the job done.


What skills will you have?

To be considered for this HR Manager position you will already have solid experience working at Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager Level. You will also have significant project and change management experience focussing on employee relation matters, such as organisational restructure, TUPE, or large scale redundancy.

You will be highly analytical with strong numeracy skills, a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, someone who is a self-starter, who can influence, work under pressure, multi task as well as being a great individual at prioritising. Added bonuses would be having started CIPD qualification, experience in a professional services organisation, working knowledge of benefits platforms and induction experience would all be advantageous (but not essential)

What is on offer?
