Reed HR are working with our Farnborough based client and looking for a true HR Generalist, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ideally with a good understanding of the multi-client environment. You must be able to manage several projects simultaneously and you should also be confident in creating written HR guides and employee handbooks.
Are you and HR Advisor with generalist experience, looking for new position?
• International and/or HR shared service experience would be an advantage
• Awareness of multi-location cultural differences would also be beneficial
• Outstanding client management skills and the ability to think creatively
• Experience working in a fast-paced, responsive and professional environment
• Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
