REED HR are currently partnered with a client based in Surrey recruiting for a permanent HR Business Partner to join their team.
This is a new role in the business and offers a blank canvas for someone to come in and make it their own.
This person sits in a tight-knit, friendly and fast paced HR team; where the ability to challenge and engage managers is paramount.
Key Requirements/Focuses
- Flexible and experienced HR Business Partner who can provide support so multiple business areas, offering flexibility in their approach, guiding and challenging managers.
- Projects experience, ability to work at both a strategic and operational level. Thinking of ways to improve HR processes.
- Proven experience driving engagement and retention strategies.
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging employee relations casework.
- Ability to work in a manual environment within a medium sized business.
- Empathetic and able to support employees through challenging times.
*Experience in a care/education setting is beneficial, not essential*
Mon-Fri, 09.00-17.00.
