REED Business Support are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a fantastic company within the Teesside area ASAP!
- Deal with all recruitment from adverts to being a part of the interview process
- Manage the recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies
- Arrange & conduct interviews alongside line Managers
- Responsible for new employees to be inducted and understand the companies guidelines/policys
- Support managers in the development of their staff through training etc
- Monitor and review contracts of employment and the staff handbook, in line with their output of work
- Provide assistance and support to Managers in all HR matters such as dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues
- Develop appraisal forms, procedures and implementing the process
- Ensure the successful maintenance, updating and archiving of all personnel files
- Manage all absences and reporting to appropriate line managers
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR is carried out
