My client, a personal debt management company are looking to add a HR Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to their busy and dynamic Caerphilly office. It’s a family run set up with excellent opportunities for professional development!

Do you have any experience working within HR? Or perhaps you gave a solid admin background with an interest for HR procedures?

This role requires a strong work ethic and excellent eye for detail! The successful candidate will be supporting the HR Business Partner with HR compliance projects, the administration for HR Audits and reviewing personnel files.

To be considered for this role you will need:

Relevant Business or Administrative Qualifications
Computer skills – Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word are essential)
Experience managing information, data entry, using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and handling confidential human capital data.
You must be extremely organised and have the ability to prioritise your own workload.
