HR Administrator Required for Maternity Cover
I am looking to speak to candidates with current experience within HR who would be happy to work from home and travel around Cambridgeshire as and when needed by the organisation.
You will be part of an extremely supportive, engaging and friendly team and will be expected to be flexible and supportive as and when required within the role.
Your key responsibilities will include-
Provide administrative support to the human resource function, ensuring all digital, electronic and paper systems are kept secure and up to date, keeping policies and procedures up to date, acting as a first point of contact into the business, assist with the recruitment process e.g. advertising roles, carrying out right to work checks, issuing invite letters, offer letters, employment contracts, organise and deliver induction and exit processes.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate current HR experience and be able to provide accurate transferable skills into this position. You will also need to have access to your own vehicle for this position.
