The candidate will be responsible for maintaining tenancy records, processing lettings. Assisting with arranging meetings and events. Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Act as the first local point of contact for all customers and dealing with customer enquiries, taking ownership to ensure a resolution is resolved.
You should have good numeracy, literacy and communication (written and verbal) skills. A
good level of IT proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to prioritise workload.
Previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service is essential.
