What will the role involve?
As the Senior HR Manager for Total Reward and Performance Management you will put together a new Global Rewards package which you will role out and manage. This will be a very hands on role where you will design and implement the global compensation structure, performance management, policy and total reward framework to cover Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and India. There are regional reward packages and initiatives in place but nothing yet that is overarching and on a global scale, which is where you will come in! You will benchmark compensation across the industry and implement a salary and benefits program to attract, retain and reward staff globally. There is also a new performance management system in place in one country which can hopefully be rolled out across all, but you will need to road test this, make changes for certain countries or it may not be fit for purpose for all countries and other systems will need to be considered to cover a global appraisal network, transfer of cases between regions, job grading and much more. Policy design will be covered by another team but you will need to get involved a little in this area as well.
What skills will you have?
Working within a similar role you will have global experience with regards to performance management systems and reward and be excited about making the role your own, getting hands on and creating the vision and roadmap for the company on these 2 key aspects. You will naturally possess energy, drive and passion as well as strong interpersonal skills including with senior management teams as you will be sat with the CEO and VP’s for the business – positively meaning you can get quick feedback, approval and sign off! You will be confident and a great communicator who is happy presenting, possess good analytical abilities and influencing skills and also be happy with occasional travelling.
What is on offer?
On offer for this Performance and Reward role is a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 which could possibly be stretched a little, as well as a very generous performance related bonus too. You also have 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and Xmas which rises to 25 after 5 years of service, along with a contributory pension scheme where they will match your input.
