Location- Middlesbrough, commutable from Stockton on Tees/ Billingham/ Hartlepool/ Darlington/ Sedgefield

Salary - £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

A successful international company with a technical hub close to Middlesbrough are seeking an ambitious and skilled web developer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a web developer and be able to 'hit the ground running' in as many of the following technologies: MVC, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. If you have an appreciation for UX/UI and responsive web development you’ll be at an advantage.

This role will involve working as part of a MS Development environment, if you have experience working as part of a .NET team you’ll be an ideal match although candidates from open source development backgrounds will also be considered.

Experience in working in a dynamic team working on an array of successful live websites is highly desirable. Candidates applying must have a passion for keeping up to date with new technologies and new advances in web development. You’ll be rewarded with and encouraged to utilise industry leaving training and development subscriptions. You’ll be given ‘innovation’ time every Friday afternoon to get their hands on the latest technologies and make suggestion on how to utilise them in your day to day role.

Depending on the project you will be working with both agile and waterfall methodology so an awareness of both would be great!

Industry experience is not essential but if you have worked on, or understand, ecommerce websites this will be a big help working for this organisation.
