Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a fantastic employer based in Hexham who are seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant on a temp to permanent basis. The position is part time (22.5 hours per week) and can be worked at times to suit the successful candidate. To be considered in this role you MUST have previously worked in an accounts function and be available at short notice (2 weeks or less).
Some of your key duties in the role will include:
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Daily use of Xero
- Accounts payable and receivable invoice processing
- Credit Control
- Payment runs
- Inputting cash transactions
- Preparation of annual audits
- Processing petty cash
- Any financial based administration when required
