Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a large employer based in Cramlington who are seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 3 months. The client is will to offer an immediate start for the right person and will offer a high desirable working environment whilst in the role. This is a full time 27.5 hours per week role and to be considered you MUST have experience in using SAP Software.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Matching invoices with orders and ensuring coding is in order
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Matching & batching invoices with goods received notes
- Processing Journal entries into the accounting system (SAP)
- Gaining relevant authorisation for invoices
- Distribute post for the Finance team
- Process employee expenses
