My client has undergone tremendous growth in the past couple of years and they are online to double that in the next year or two. So they have decided to take on some extra help in the finance department. There are currently three in the team, a finance manager and two finance clerks. This role would be to support them.
Your duties will be varied and cover purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliations. You will be processing invoices dealing with any queries on the way. The invoicing is quite complex so you will need to have excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy. You will be reconciling receipts and updating excel spreadsheets.
This would suit someone looking to build their career in finance as the company is still growing and can offer progression. They are also happy to consider AAT for the right applicant.
For now the job would be mostly home based, and in the future when you return to more office based work you would still be able to work from home on occasion. You will need to be able to commit to full time hours but can agree hours with your line manager to suit your requirements.
