£40,000 + Car + Bonus

I am recruiting on behalf of a leading UK residential property services provider who are looking for a Business Development Manager (field based) to build and manage relationships with clients in a large area, covering The Midlands (East & West), Yorkshire and the East of England. The centre point for this territory would be Nottingham although there is flexibility around where the role holder can live given this is a home and field-based role.
The role holder will be responsible for generating new business revenue, from both existing and new clients. The majority of this revenue growth will come from building lasting relationships with estate agents, housing associations, as well as other entities that own or manage residential property stock.
The role holder will have a wide range of services at their disposal and will be tasked with selling all of these services to the target client groups. The target client demographic for the business is Area Manager level (and above) in multi branch networks and national organisations. The role holder will be entirely comfortable in selling to this demographic.
- Successful field sales experience in a transactional, B2B environment.
- A really high level of drive and motivation to succeed.
- Proof of ability of account management.
- Comfortable prospecting for new business.
On offer for the right candidate is up to £40,000 basic salary plus uncapped bonus potential and car allowance.
