Reed HR are working with an Education Institute based in London to recruit a Diversity and Inclusion specialist on a one-year Fixed Term Contract.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Promote and support the development of the EDI strategy in the organisation
- Coordinate the implementation of the EDI strategy
- Work closely with the senior leadership team
- Monitor and evaluate the strategy through the organisation
- Take the lead on EDI protects
- Take the lead on the Disability Confident Scheme
- Translate the EDI strategy into the people policy
- Review the EDI training programme
You will have/be:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Expensive experience working with EDI strategy
- Experience in Education/Health/Social Care/Third Sector
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience managing and implementing change
- Available to travel to different sites if needed
