I am recruiting recruiting for a Digital Strategist to lead the business in its next phase of growth. The Digital Strategist will be responsible to understand eCommerce ecosystem and analyse the data pulling out the insights to improve the online brand shop which will be launched shortly.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data from owned eCommerce platform.
• Provide reports summarizing site traffic and conversion - analysing conversions by channel and by device; analysing site engagement and interactions to path to purchase
• Recommend optimisations that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Identifying site inefficiencies, recommend and conduct research, analyse trends and data, determining strategic implications for bettering UX/CX• Recommend multi-touch campaign with user experience and consumer experience in mind with tactics in marketing channels that drive response

• Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights and shepherd strategic idea through a data-based process
• Subject matter expert in digital analysis and expertise in establishing data-driven multichannel marketing strategies
• Analysing and combining data sources and delivering optimised consumer experiences - Understand strategic analytics and ability to collaboratively drive insights
• Acting in the role of experts at listening to the needs of the consumer and transforming it into a solution - Ability to explain and persuade extremely technical and complex insights and educate internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across paid-owned-earned media
• Experience of key business performance key metric and how to set these KPIs
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to establish and grow long term client relationships over time. Being the "go-to" person whom the client trusts
• Project management capabilities (detail-oriented, organised, pragmatic, streamlined communication, progress tracking etc) - self-starter with strong organisational skills
• Ability to nurture and train team members
• Ability to meet short-turnaround deadlines
• The can-do spirit and is excited by owing a challenging data and digital transformation project Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 6 years of digital analytics experience in digital business or digital agency preferably in eCommerce and/or Consumer Electronics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of digital analytics including deep knowledge of tools such as:
• Web Analytics Tool: Omniture, GA 360
• Online Shop Solutions: Magento, Shopify, etc.
• CRM Solutions: Salesforce, SAP etc.
