Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 p.a.

I am looking for a 1st Line Customer Support candidate who has experience assisting clients with international payments to work with one of the fastest growing, independent foreign exchange and money transfer companies in the UK.
The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following -
• Providing 1st line customer support
• Responding to all Customer Service queries
• Answering incoming Customer Service calls and Contact us queries
• Being the Initial point of contact for complaints and complaints handling
• Work cooperatively with peers and other departments, keeping appropriate individuals informed to assure that positive customer relations are maintained
• Support and assist Middle Office requests, such as:
o Investigating incorrect beneficiary details
o Investigating Return of Funds notices
o Starting and managing payment traces – liaising with both banks and clients
o Liaising with banks to resolve any queries and further information requests
• Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as required in line with this role.
